2016: Record Setting Year

The 2016 Auction & Rummage Sale was another HUGE – RECORD SETTING success, with revenues of over $560,000.

Thank you Bainbridge and the Puget Sound community for your fantastic support: to the 2016 Auction attendees who opened your billfolds to make purchases; to those who generously donated the items we sold; and to the Auction volunteers who, year after year, spend countless hours helping us take in, organize, and sell those donations.  Our success would not be possible without EVERYONE’S support.

The Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island put money from the 2016 Auction & Rummage Sale to good use within our community and beyond through:

Grants to local nonprofit organizations
Large community projects
International humanitarian projects
Community service and career/technical scholarships
Other causes


2017 Auction & Rummage Sale Raffle

This year, the Auction & Rummage Sale Raffle that will again offer rewarding and exciting prizes.  Raffle tickets only cost $5 each for a chance to win one of these valuable prizes:

  • $1,500 cash
  • $500 shopping spree at Town & Country Market
  • Emergency Preparedness Backpack


And the good news is there will only be 3,000 tickets sold.  So your odds of winning a prize are very good, especially if you buy more than one ticket!

Purchase of a Raffle ticket includes free entry to the Auction & Rummage Sale Preview Night from 5 – 8 PM on June 30.

The drawing to determine the prizewinners will be at 1:00 PM during the Auction & Rummage Sale, which will be held at Woodward Middle School on July 1.  You do not have to be present to claim your winnings.

No revenues from the Auction & Rummage Sale are used for operating costs of the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island. The Club’s operating costs are funded through membership dues and are maintained in a separate account.
