We will meet with you at a mutually convenient time and location to perform a visual inspection of the vehicle, test drive the vehicle, and verify that the vehicle’s Title information is in proper order.
We will ask you to do a small amount of paperwork:
Help us complete our ‘Vehicle Intake Form’
Have all listed owners sign the Vehicle Title, Vehicle Bill of Sale form, and other Department of Licensing required documents.
We will ask you to hold on to the vehicle until we are ready to pick it up by a Department representative in early August.
The Rotary Club never assumes ownership of a donated vehicle. Ownership and the vehicle’s Title will be transferred to the buyer at the conclusion of the Online Auction & Rummage Sale.
We will send you a 1098-C tax form within 30 days after the Online Auction sale is completed.
