Vehicle Donation
Thank you for your interest in donating a vehicle to the Rotary Auction & Rummage Sale!
We would be delighted to accept your donation of a vehicle, including:
- Cars
- SUVs
- Motorcycles
- Trucks
- Camping Trailers & RVs
- Golf carts
- Utility trailers
Vehicle donations are now accepted all year round.
Here's what to do!
- Please call Craig at (206) 647-2580 or email us at vehicles@bainbridgerotaryauction.org to discuss your interest in
donating a car, truck, or other vehicle. - We will meet you at a mutually convenient time and location to perform a
visual inspection of the vehicle, test drive the vehicle, and verify that the
vehicle’s Title information is in proper order. - We will ask you to complete a ‘Hold Harmless Form’. This form
makes it clear that the Club never assumes ownership of your donated
vehicle. Ownership and the vehicle’s Title will be transferred to the buyer
at the time of Sale. Within 30 days after the Rotary Auction we will send
you a 1098-C tax form if the sales price exceeds $500.
