Forms of Payment
We accept cash (no coins), checks, debit cards, credit cards (no Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Treasure Check
If you need a place to safely store your purchases while you continue to shop, please take advantage of one of our two Treasure Check locations. Just like a coat check at an upscale event, you can leave your items, get a claim check, and retrieve your things when you're ready to go.
Both Treasure Check locations are staffed by a local nonprofit organization. The fee for storing each box or bag is $2 (a little more for large items). Two locations:
- Inside: On the Stage in the Commons (cafeteria area)
- Outside: Near the south parking lot on the lawn between the building and Sportsman Club Road
Starting at 10:00am on Sale Day, vehicles are permitted to enter the Woodward campus to collect large/heavy purchases.
Food Service
During the Auction & Rummage Sale, food and drinks are available for purchase in the Commons/Cafeteria area of Woodward Middle School.
- Sale Day (July 8) - 8:30am to 1:30pm, or as long as supplies last.
New This Year - Shoppers WiFi!
In order to improve the shopping experience, we have partnered with Bainbridge Prepares to provide a new WiFi network. When you're on site, look for "#Bainbridge Prepares Public Wifi". For more information, click here.
Drone Information
The Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island has partnered with Bainbridge Prepares to fly drones to support event safety and promotional purposes. These flights are approved and coordinated to support the Auction. In order to ensure the safety of people, we ask that no other drones be flown at our event.
