How to Bid and Buy a Vehicle

All vehicle sales are in-person at the Auction site, in the north parking lot
All vehicle are sold AS IS and there are no warranties, neither expressed nor implied
The schedule of vehicle sale times is listed on our website & onsite at the vehicle dept.
Silent Bid Sheets:

Placed on each vehicle windshield
A minimum opening bid and minimum raise will be specified
If you are interested, write in a bid on the bid sheet (no need to pre-register)

Auction: At the specified time for the vehicle live auction:

The auctioneer will read off the names of people with valid bids, from the bid sheet, who are eligible to participate in the live auction
The highest amount from the silent bid sheet will be the starting point
The auctioneer will conduct a live auction until a winning bid is identified

Purchase: The Buyer will proceed to the Vehicle tent to:

Pay with cash, debit, credit card, or check
Receive a Bill of Sale & Vehicle Title
Buyer must remove vehicle from Woodward by 3:00 pm of the day of sale

The Buyer has 15 days to register the vehicle in their name
The Vehicle dept. will file a Report of Sale with WA State Dept. of Licensing within 48 hours
