Just Drive Away

Thank you for your interest in donating a vehicle to the Rotary Auction & Rummage Sale!

Vehicle donations are accepted all year round, and because we do not use a third-party seller, ALL the proceeds from the sale of your vehicle go back into the community.

How it works:

• Call Craig at (206) 647-2580, or email us at vehicles@bainbridgerotaryauction.org to discuss  your interest in donating a car, truck, or other vehicle.
• We will meet you at a mutually convenient time and location to perform a visual inspection of the vehicle, test drive it, and verify that the title information is in proper order.
• We will ask you to complete a ‘Hold Harmless Form’. This form makes it clear that the club never assumes ownership of your donated vehicle. Ownership and the vehicle’s title will be transferred to the buyer at the time of sale. If the sales price exceeds $500, we will send you a 1098-C tax form within 30 days after the Rotary Auction.
